Returns/Claims: Please contact me with your order number within 3 weeks of delivery date for the order (I will email you for pictures of defective items and have to submit the claim to Printful within 4 weeks upon recive of shipment). Printful does not accept returned merchandise due to the customized nature of the products offered, so there would not be any returns for damaged/defective items in the case that they are received. Printful also will not refund for buyer's remorse and size exchanges.
